Guest Access

Guests have access to the home's designated guest accommodations and outdoor amenities throughout their stay. I'm available by phone, text, or through the VRBO app if you need anything and want to ensure you have an exceptional experience.

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and are not included in the nightly rate.

• Pool heating: $70 per day
• Spa heating: $40 per use
• Pool + spa: $110 per day

Please request heating at least one week before arrival so propane can be scheduled and the system prepared for your stay.

House Information

• Minimum booking age: 25
• Rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Please observe the City of La Quinta's quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and keep outdoor noise at respectful levels throughout the day.
• Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street.
