SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: Bedroom 1: Downstairs primary suite with Cal King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: Secondary bedroom upstairs with a spacious queen bed, walk-in closet and dresser for additional storage for clothes. Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom upstairs with ceiling fan. Queen Air mattress for additional sleeping in the upstairs loft. KITCHEN: The heart of the home! Oversized kitchen island with 3 barstools and quartz countertops. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Round glass dining room table seats 6.
LIVING ROOM: Two sofas, cozy area rug, throw pillows and 65” smart TV set the stage for great conversation, game night, or bingeing sports/movies with your favorite peeps. UPSTAIRS GAME LOFT: Send the kids upstairs to their own hangout space! Large separate game loft with an Arcade Game machine with 300 licensed arcade and console games built-in including Aladdin, Asteroids, Centipede, Bubble Bobble, Missile Command, Space Invaders, Super Star Wars, BurgerTime, and so much more! Also tons of board games, 65” TV, beautiful mountain view and comfy seating.
LAUNDRY/WORK/PLAY SPACE: Laundry room also has a workspace for last minute Zoom calls! Includes a desk with a chair.
OUTSIDE: Move the party outside to the native-landscaped side yard featuring mountain view, interlocking pavers, oversized patio seating, gas grill, yard games, and 3-hole putting green. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender, Nutribullet grain/rice cooker. KITCHEN: The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (8) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs. COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home) LOCATION: Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 15 minute bike ride. - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the townhome, private side yard, and Signature community amenities. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after _4pm_____ local time, and check out is _11am_____. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Sparkling clean and beautiful place to stay!
We had my cousin’s birthday celebration here and it was just gorgeous! The entrance to the entire area felt extremely safe due to the tight security, so not just anyone can come through. They will ask for names and check your license plate. Since I was with a bunch of girls, it made me feel so much better! (We were still able to DoorDash food, so just fyi that can still happen with the gate security.)
The place itself is super clean and is really well air conditioned all throughout. Obviously this is super important during the summer! The beautiful mountains in the back made the backdrop for our pictures gorgeous! We swam in the pool to cool off and I noticed a cute putting lawn.
The kitchen is really stylish and felt super spacious—- definitely gave me inspiration to come back here and cook! The bedrooms are so cozy and everything just felt brand new.
Would love to come back with my friends for more trips!

Great house for families
Great stay at PGA West’s newest community. House is set up perfectly to give 2 separate living spaces so we could be together but not on top of each other. Lots to do in house while taking respite from the midday heat with the arcade and board games. The kitchen functioned well and is well stocked (but no juicer!). Furniture were relatively comfortable with plenty of seating.
You only have access to 1 pool (unlike some other PGA West communities) but it wasn’t too busy and the pool was large and the showers were clean. However, the pool furniture were terribly stained and falling apart, and there are no umbrellas pool side so you have to bring your own. Pool is about a 3-4 min walk from the house, can seem long in 100+degree weather.
Of note, this community is still under construction and several mornings (even on Saturday!) we were woken up by construction noise. Properties on both sides of the house were under construction. Several times whatever the workers were doing actually shook the whole house!! This was definitely unpleasant but I understand it is out of the control of the host so just be aware if you are sensitive to construction noise this community may not be right for you.
The host was accommodating, prompt and easy to communicate with. We had lots of fun and would stay here again!
