Welcome to PGA Signature inside PGA WEST a community built for vacation rentals! We`re located on the private side of the community with beautiful mountain views. Over 2000sqft 3 bed/2.5 bath home is a 2 minute walk to Ernies Bar and Grill/The Stadium course clubhouse and less then 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds.

INLCUDES Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub, Custom MIST SYSTEM, Firepit/Built in GAS BBQ!. Epic mountain views.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Master Suite has a King size bed, 60` TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds, 50` TV.

Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds, 50` TV.

Queen air mattress available on request for additional sleeping in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, plenty of seating and a large 75`` LG TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group, did I mention stackable doors?? The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 65` outdoor TV, fire pit w/seating, built in gas BBQ and more.

GARAGE- EV CHARGER

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, Keurig coffee maker, blender, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron & steamer.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:
4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME
- Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 10 minute bike ride and under a 15 minute walk!!
- Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
- Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes
- Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes
- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Relaxing Vacation in Amazing property

Everything was great upon arrival. Little issue with pool but Mike was easily able to contact, responded back super quick and was taken care of swiftly. Family enjoyed the pool so much they did not want to get out. Has great mist shower in balcony to keep cool and enjoy tv outside. Everything inside the house was clean to the max making sure enough towels were provided. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Mike!

Beautiful view.

We had a great time at Infinity. The house was nice and the yard was perfect with amazing views of the mountains. Everything was clean, but the one thing I will suggest is a deep cleaning for the couch, rug and the baseboards. The neighborhood is great and Ernie’s Bar and Grill is walking distance. I recommend this listing.

Really enjoyed our weekend at this property. Extremely clean, beautiful entertaining backyard. Large open concept living area and kitchen that looks out to the pool. Perfect pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend this property. Accessible to the PGA clubhouse that has an excellent bar and grill. Only 15 minutes from downtown La Quinta that has many restaurant options.

Great location for Indian Wells Tennis

Our family came down for a few days of tennis at Indian Wells. This home is delightful. Spacious, clean and well located. You can rent bikes to enjoy around the desert as well as getting to the local stores. Communication with Host was great - would recommend this property!

It was close to the golf course. Everything we asked for was provided. We didn’t like the fact that to use the heat for the pool we would be charged $75 a day. Overall it was comfortable and clean indoors. The people before us damaged the television cover outside and there was debris in the outside couch.

Clean, private and awesome.

Our stay was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was top notch. The one exception is that no garage door clicker is provided. The reason was they got lost or taken on accident. I totally understand but it is the only thing that wasn’t perfect about this home. It rained that week and to have to jump out, fumble for a code to remember and punch into the keypad each time we went anywhere was a downer. Apple AirTags glued to the remote or a large sign reminder on the garage wall would likely solve the problem of the clicker going missing. A fine could be imposed on those who still fail. Overall this place was new and clean and well appointed and located. It was easy to access for the first time. Pool is awesome and the yard is essentially private.

Great Getaway

My family and a close friend decided to spent Thanksgiving in Palm Desert. We couldn’t have had a more beautiful home to stay in. The house and yard are beautiful. My host was so easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend them.

Awesome stay

This house has everything that you would need and more and the views from the backyard are gorgeous. The house was located in a lovely quiet gated community. The backyard, pool and spa are amazing for those warm summer nights. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Fun in the Desert!

Great time at this beautiful La Quinta home! The home is located in the gated community of PGA Signature and well-equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay! A chef's kitchen which has everything you can think of, an iPad to control the tech within the house; including TV/door locks/pool/speakers/outdoor lights etc. The furniture and layout of the home is ideal - you can truly take advantage indoor/outdoor living. The backyard has beautiful mountain views and plenty of room to enjoy the pool and fire pit! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

construction behind property, but not overwhelming noise

The property was beautiful. Manager responded quickly to any questions that we had. Sent manager of some suggestions as to maybe some additional information needed in the manual left at the house. Would definitely recommend property. Nice relaxing getaway. tks Steve & Ardis
