Welcome to our home on PGA West in La Quinta, CA. We specialize in hosting guests for events, festivals, getaways with families and friends, or just a weekend away to relax! We want guests to have a resort style, high end experience when coming to our home. The house has a heated pool and spa that overlooks the beautiful golf course. You can enjoy roasting marshmallows on our firepit or BBQ ing dinner while enjoying the breathtaking views of the sun setting on the golf course and mountain view.

The space
We offer 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached so you can feel comfortable in your own space. You will sleep comfortably on brand mattresses with high quality sheets, blankets and pillows. Two large couches can accommodate guests who wish to sleep solo with extra blankets and pillows. The master has a large walk in closet and large bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 also has a large walk in closet. All bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper. The large dining room table, overlooking the pool and golf course, is the perfect spot to host an intimate dinner party.
One of the best highlights of the home is the backyard that overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Private Course. Enjoy this view in our heated pool and spa with waterfall cascade. We ask that guest do not heat the pool above 85 degrees and spa 100. Provided are a variety of pool toys including rafts, basketball hoop, noodles, swan float, swim floaties and a baby float. There is a backyard gas fire pit to roast s mores, and a BBQ with tools to prepare a delicious meal, or you can relish the morning mountain-view sunrise in our private courtyard seating area.
For indoor fun, we offer premium cable, strong Wi-Fi, Xbox, Wi, and Rockband. Enjoy the movie theater-style popcorn maker while you watch TV or a movie of your choice with our eclectic variety of Blue-Ray movies ranging from comedy, kids, romance, suspense and documentaries. There is an indoor gas fireplace for the cold nights, although typically desert weather is always perfectly warm.
If you are traveling with small kids, we offer a pack and play and booster chair that you may use. There is also a kids table that seats two. ( Please inquire if you need these items so we can direct you to where they are).
The kitchen offers high-end appliances with an 5 range stove, oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee makers, and tea kettles. You can cook any type of meal and we should be able to accommodate any needs you may have with cookware. All pans are Cuisanart or All-clad and cook marvelously to your tastes. We stock the kitchen with all spices, oil, condiments so you will have the main staples for your cooking.
In each bathroom we have shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper so if you forget any of your items we have you covered.
There is a wet bar area with all glassware you need for cocktails, martinis, wine, beer or a mocktail!
There is a 2 car garage that you may park in or the driveway.
In the front of the house there is a private courtyard with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the morning mountain views.
For the golfers, you can t find a better place. There are 3 public courses at PGA West. The world famous TPC Stadium Course and the Nicklaus Stadium Course, the home to the Career Builder Challenge. The Greg Norman Course is the third public course and is the newest course at PGA West. All offer a unique and distinct design making this the perfect place for a golf trip. When heading off property there are countless golf options as La Quinta is consistently ranked as one of the top golf destinations in the US.
We are office friendly and have a desk and printer if you need to work while staying.

This is a whole home rental and you can access the entire home and backyard.
Interaction with guests
We are available immediately for any questions but will not be on the premise. You can enjoy the entire house and we have a local property manager that lives 1 block away if an emergency arises.
Other things to note
We are very close to Coachella/Stage Coach festival in Indio. It is easily accessible by bike or quick Uber ride. Enjoy picking fresh fruit from our lemon and orange tree!
