"Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! We were delighted to find the home stocked with a tea and coffee station. We made great use of that. The kitchen was well stocked. "We enjoyed our time spent at this cozy apartment. It was right in the heart of Mt. Vernon and surrounding area. The apartment was decorated so nice with all amenities (even coffee!) The shower and water pressure was amazing, especially after walking all day at George Washington’s homesite! We hope to be back again!"

"Charming cottage with updated decor. The host was very comucative during a power outage due to storms. The kitchen was nicly stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was nice, but the backyard was not very usable due to some leftovers from repair work taking up the grassy area."

"Overall I had a wonderful stay... however I wish it was booked for a summertime day... the brand new pool looked very appealing & I wish I couldve enjoyed using it. Will have to try & stay again during the summer for a nice pool day!"

"Great place, super cute and walking distance to everything. Host was great!"

"The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience"

"Lots of room with this space. Very nice and convenient"

"Stayed for three nights. Comfortable home, loved the back deck."
