This family house is on one level with the exception of a mezzanine, it has a WIFI connection and consists, on the living side, of a large air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home, induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A mezzanine games room with a small sea view, a living-dining room (equipped with a TV and a wood stove), giving access to a terrace shaded by a pergola. For maximum comfort, all garden furniture and a gas plancha are provided. The little extra for heat, sun and tanning lovers, a solarium veranda and a large well-exposed terrace are accessible from one of the bedrooms.
