The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned house with sea views for rent in La Plaine-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 230 m², and accommodation for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, and a garden of approximately 670 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- Entrance hall with cupboard and laundry room
- A room with indoor swimming pool and relaxation area
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with glass roof and TV, and an en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, en-suite bathroom, and private terrace
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (access via bedroom 2)
- A toilet

First floor
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a south-facing terrace of approximately 10 m²

Second floor
- A 30 m² living room facing the sea with TV, armchairs, dining area, 3 terraces, and a veranda

Third floor
- Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, and a balcony facing the sea

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6 x 3 m indoor swimming pool heated all year round
- A 670 m² enclosed garden, facing east/west and north/south, with two garden lounges, a corner sofa, a small table, a sofa and armchairs, 2 deckchairs, and a terrace to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in La Plaine-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
