This 28 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition, is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- A living room with a sleeping area featuring a single sofa bed with pull-out bed and a dining area with bunk beds, 1 TV
- A kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fondue set
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.

The residence:
The residence La Lanterne is ideally located ski-in / ski-out, 200 meters from the nearest shops and 300 meters from the ski resort center, ski school, and nursery. It is a small residence with wood and stone walls. Individual ski lockers in the residence, and public car park nearby.

The area:
The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
