The residence :
The Boussole residence is located 300 meters from the resort center, shops, and ski school ESF, and close to the slopes. The public carpark is at approximatively 100 meters. It is a medium sized residence with stone and wood traditional styling.

The Observatoire area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice viewLUDED (to be booked 7 days at least in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
