Located on the 4th floor of the residence (no lift), this 27 m² two-room apartment is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
- A living room with 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed and 1 television.
- A kitchenette with an oven, 2 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a raclette machine, an electric coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
- A bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed.
- A bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
- A north-facing balcony with a view of Mont Blanc.
Ski locker in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Pendule is located about 100 metres from the start and end of the ski slopes. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. There is a public car park nearby. The north-facing apartments enjoy a magnificent panorama of the valley and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The quietest part of Les Coches resort, all residences are located no more than 100 metres from the slopes and 300 metres from shops. The Observatoire neighbourhood offers beautiful views of the valley and Mont Blanc. The resort centre can be reached via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
