Getting Around:
The property is about 12.2 km | 10.4 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 181 km | 112 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Guests must climb stairs.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Every Tuesday around 11 a.m., the landscaping team waters all the plants, including the pots on the rooftop deck. This will only take a few minutes. They can let themselves in.

The pool is serviced on both Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. Both the pool cleaning crew and the gardeners enter through the garden gate.

Please note that the pool is not heated.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

We remind you that damaged items such as towels, sheets, blankets, armchairs, walls, and/or stained furniture will be charged at the time of checkout.

There is a state-of-the-art water purification system in place featuring ultraviolet light technology and a triple-layer purification process, making the tap water drinkable.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the townhome during your stay.

It should be noted that the Property has 6 levels with stairs. For some people this can be a major issue. The communication was poor. We waited outside the property in the heat for 2 hours while the Host Manager finally figured out they gave us the wrong code for the electronic door lock. It should have been communicated that you should bring your own supplies. There was virtually one roll of toilet paper for a four day stay, one very small container of shampoo, no conditioner and one thin half dollar size disk of soap. They should also raise the vent hood over the stove. The sharp glass hood is eye level causing everyone to hit their head on the dangerous pointy glass. A cushion of some type should added to the glass edges to protect the person cooking on the stove.

Good Times

Wonderful time in La Paz. The Malecón was a short walk from the condo and had plenty to offer. Ubers were close when we were tired of walking. Condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Definitely got our exercise going up and down stairs the pool was refreshing and beds were comfy. Kitchen had most of the things we needed. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay

The property is very nice! The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, and the entire house is furnished with new comfortable furniture. The pool is very nice and private, we thoroughly enjoyed our day by the pool. The rooftop patio is a great spot to watch the sunset!My Angel hosts are very responsive and extremely helpful and friendly.

Amazing huuuuge house

This house is sooo nice - really big and spacious. We had six of us (three adults and three kids) and had more than enough space. It looks brand new too - so clean and great furniture etc. The pool is really good, kids enjoyed playing there. A couple of minutes to the Malecon and many restaurants in 5-10 minute walking distance. Highly recommended.
