The Space:
Condo Vistamar 406 is a spacious and comfortable ocean-view residence designed for families and groups. The condo features three well-appointed bedrooms, including one king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed, along with three full bathrooms for added convenience.
The open living and dining areas connect seamlessly to a private terrace overlooking the Sea of Cortez, creating the perfect setting to relax, enjoy morning coffee, or unwind at sunset. The fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful layout make this condo ideal for both short stays and longer vacations.
A golf cart is included for easy movement throughout the resort. A valid driver’s license and security deposit are required.

The Neighborhood:
Condo Vistamar 406 is located inside Puerta Cortés, a private gated resort community overlooking La Paz Bay. The area offers a peaceful, secure environment with marina access, golf, dining, and ocean activities, while remaining close to the city.
Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are approximately 10–15 minutes away. Iconic beaches such as Balandra and Tecolote are about a 25-minute drive, while La Ventana, known for kiteboarding and outdoor adventures, is roughly 45 minutes away. Boat tours and excursions to Espíritu Santo Island depart directly from the resort marina.
Getting Around:
La Paz International Airport (LAP) is approximately 20–25 minutes by car. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about a 2.5-hour drive.
Within the resort, guests can move easily using the included golf cart or on foot. For trips outside the resort, taxis, ride-hailing services, and private drivers are readily available. Car rentals are recommended for guests planning to explore beaches and nearby towns at their own pace. Our team can assist with transportation arrangements if needed.

Additional services, including private chef experiences, grocery pre-stocking, housekeeping, childcare, transportation, and tours, are available upon request for an additional cost.
Puerta Cortés is a dynamic resort community that hosts events, tournaments, and social gatherings throughout the year. During certain dates, this may contribute to a more lively atmosphere within the resort.
Occupancy and pricing notice:
The base rate includes up to 6 guests. For reservations with more than 6 guests, an additional fee of USD 100 per person, per night applies, up to a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
Beach Club access, Common Areas and resort amenities are subject to resort policies, operating hours, and availability. These are managed by the resort administration and may change without prior notice.
Blue Cortés Beach Club disclaimer:
Access to Blue Cortés Beach Club is subject to resort policies and is outside of our control. Currently, entry requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person, which is charged directly to the guest’s credit card. This minimum also applies to children over 12 years old.
Starting March 2026, Blue Cortés Beach Club will become exclusive to members only, and access for non-members will no longer be available. Policies, access, and operating conditions are established by the resort and may change without prior notice.
