Villa with charming and beautiful large garden with views to Teide volcano and full of different flowers. On a 450 m2 plot you find a comfortable 145 m2 house on ground level and delicate decoration. This area is well known for typical home-made food restaurants with excellent relation between quality and price. Just a few minutes away by car you have on Puerto coast the Lake Martianez, a complex of sea water pools near the sea.The house is situated near a road but the whispering of some low traffic do not casue any trouble at all. WIFI.

Een prachtig huis, wat weinig servies en maar 1 handdoek om de hele week mee te doen daarom zelf vaatdoekjes en theedoeken gekocht. Geen stofzuiger dus met de buitenbezem geveegd. Schoonmaakster kwam na 1 week om schoon te maken en handdoeken/beddengoed verwisselen. Dat was heerlijk, moesten daarom wel een dag op pad. Helaas ligt het huis op een andere plek als op de VRBO kaart staat aangegeven. Ook geeft het huis op dat het voor 4-6 personen is maar onze dochter van 15 moest slapen in een klein bed, bijna een kinderbed. De kamer met bedbank en TV was gesloten. Dit was volgens de eigenaresse niet zo maar toch echt op slot en geen sleutel. Vreemd als je een huis huurt en dan moet doen met minder dan aangegeven. We dachten dat het huis in een rustige wijk zou liggen maar een dag v vertrek kregen we een ander adres en bij aankomst bleek het huis langs een drukke doorgaande weg te liggen. 24 uur verkeer onder de tuin langs, vrachtverkeer, motoren en een bushalte, dat was v ons een groot minpunt. De blaffende honden in de buurt was ook niet prettig, soms zelfs de hele nacht. De avond voor vertrek kwam de tuinman, dit kon blijkbaar niet anders. Voor ons is dat wel een nadeel omdat je twee weken een woning huurt en dan tijdens die weken je of weg moet of te maken hebt met vreemde mensen om je woning.Maar als je deze punten niet erg vindt is het absoluut een aanrader!!!!

Super villa avec vue sur le Teide et la mer

Villa très bien placée au centre des choses principales à visiter du nord de l île. Maison grande avec tout ce qu'il faut et beau jardin.Très propre, linges de maison, papier toilette, savons fournis. Pour se garer mettez vous de préférence dans la rue principale.

Great Location for Puerto Cruz

First I will explain my scoring of this property. Vrbo had this property listed as having a hot tub, which is why we booked it. This was clearly wrong but Vrbo have still to apologise for their error.Other than that initial disappointment, the villa is great. Most comfortable bed we have slept in and great rainfall shower in wet room. Inside and out, the villa is homely and comfortable. And access to Netflix was a real plus.But what really stood out from this property was the excellent communication with the Property Manager; Ana B is by far the best we have encountered on out travels.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Unser vierzehntägiger Aufenthalt war die reine Erholung. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und perfekt eingerichtet. Fragen und Hinweise wurden von der Agentur bzw. der Vermieterin umgehend bearbeitet bzw. behoben. Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett, das andere zwei Einzelbetten, die man leider nicht zu einem Doppelbett zusammenschieben kann. Die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik und den Teide lädt auch im November zum Essen im Freien.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely week in Puerto de la Cruz, it’s a beautiful apartment that lives up to the photos, well equipped with great space. Probably a little more road noise than we were expecting but all in all we had a great time!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La maison est très bien située pour visiter toute l'île. Le quartier est très calme, malgré la route en contre-bas du jardin. Tous les soirs, nous avions droit aux couchers du soleil.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben die Vormittage bei einem ausführlichen Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse geliebt. Der Außenbereich ist nicht einsehbar, man ist ganz für sich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionsgerecht. Es wird gründlich geputzt, allerdings müssten ein paar Möbelstücke überprüft und ggf ausgetauscht werden. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, einen weiteren Urlaub dort zu verbringen.

Beautiful holiday

The house was perfect for our six week holiday. We loved the location but be advised that it’s about a mile from town. There’s a bus stop very close but we chose to walk. It’s located very near a butcher shop that has excellent meat and near a small grocery store that has many things. We loved the outdoor space, took advantage of the kitchen most every evening and slept well in the comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful and the bird songs were beautiful to listen to. We loved everything about the place and would love to return. It was simply lovely.

Geschmackvolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,das Haus ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und in ca 30 Minuten ist man fußläufig in La Oratava Altstadt,Bushaltestelke direkr vor der Tür. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Lärm der Straße,die quasi direkt am Garten entlang führt und auf der durchaus viel Verkehr ist.

Wonderful Stay

The house was the perfect base for our ten day holiday. It’s on the outskirts of La Orotava, a beautiful town to visit, a 5 minute drive into Puerto de La Cruz and only an hours drive through the gorgeous pine forests and up to the plateau of the El Tiede volcano National park. We arrived quite late for check in, but it was no problem, someone was there to meet us at the house and showed us around. The garden has a great sea view and overall the house is so spacious and open, we were very happy here for the week, eating snacks and drinking beers on the porch. The bed was very comfortable too! I’d highly recommend booking this house if you want a great base to explore and to return to at the end of a busy day. One thing that we were a bit cautious of was the on street parking, but we weren’t in the slightest once there. There was always space to park up at the end of the lane and it felt like a really safe friendly neighbourhood.

Unforgettable stay!!

The house is exact like in the pictures. Amazing location. Very convenient to travel along the island. With majestic Teide at your back and the view of the ocean at front. Very confortable house to enjoy beautiful sunsets. I will definately repeat if i visit Tenerife again.

2 weeks Easter vacation with 3 kids

We have enjoyed the nice house and felt comfortable all the time. The location is perfect to discover the island. The place is quite at night but in the evening you can hear young people meeting at the near bus station. We didn‘t really care but others might do.

mehr Schein als Sein...

Der erste Eindruck des Hauses war so, wie beschrieben. Erst beim näheren Hinsehen, fielen einige negative Dinge auf. Am meisten gestört hat uns der Straßenlärm, die Straße nach Orotava verläuft unterhalb des Gartens, zwar nicht von der Terrasse einsehbar, aber mit der Zeit sehr nervig. Das Haus liegt in einer engen Gasse, umgeben von anderen Häusern. SAT-TV bzw. deutsches Fernsehen gibt es nicht, im Wintergarten löst sich teilweise die Tapete ab und dahinter ist Schimmel. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das super bequeme Doppelbett, ansonsten ist das Haus renovierungsbedürftig. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal wählen.

Perfect verblijf

Dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een top verblijf. De locatie bied mooi uitzicht over Puerto de la Cruz en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van La Orotava. Het huis is ruim net als de tuin. De keuken biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn goed en de badkamer groot. Het parkeren van huurauto is even puzzelen in verband met het smalle straatje.

Toller Ausblick und tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage kurz vor La Orotova. Man hört tagsüber die Strasse vor dem Haus, die nach La Orotova führt und abends die Hunde bellen, aber das macht nichts. Der Garten, die Terasse, das Wohnzimmer etc. sind alles wunderschön. Nachts schläft man ruhig wie ein Baby. Unter dem Haus gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle für jemand, der keinen Mietwagen hat. Parkmöglichkeiten sind an der Strasse im Wohngebiet immer vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den Teide ist auch wunderschön, wenn man aus dem Haus kommt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war immer schnell per Whatsapp verfügbar, die Übergabe klappte einwandfrei.

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum wie zu Hause fühlen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, der Garten ist schön und gepflegt und man hat alles, was man braucht. In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Allergieproblem im Schlafzimmel, nach einem Kissenwechsel war das aber kein Problem mehr. Obwohl die Straße tagsüber gut zu hören ist, fühlt ein bisschen wie im abgelegenen Paradies. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ging schnell und ohne Probleme. Die letzten 10 Meter Straße sind sehr eng, wir haben lieber vorne geparkt und sind den Rest gelaufen.
