Compact, quiet apartment, VERY close to beach.
The apartment was very easy to find and plenty of parking outside. It is a small apartment, but comfortable and clean. It is ideal for a couple wanting a quiet, beach side holiday.
A short walk to supermarket and restaurants, and a late night launderette, which was handy as the weather was not so brilliant for our whole holiday so help to dry clothes was necessary. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but has to be manoeuvred towards the door in the bathroom to reach the plug and once on a cycle the bathroom was practically out of bounds. But timed well, this isn't a problem.
The beds and sofa are comfy and we slept well. There are basic kitchen utensils, pots, frying pans and plates. Only a couple of each size glasses and mugs. But in an apartment for 2 you do not need more. There are also 2 coffee machines... One filter type, one stove top, Moka style, espresso coffee pot. But no kettle?
We had a couple of issues with the lock on the bathroom door and shutters when we arrived. But sent a message to the owner who came straight over to sort these out. He was extremely polite and friendly and we found contacting him for advice was never a problem and he was more than happy to help,
This in not a luxury apartment and this is reflected in the price... About half of what other apartments in the area command... but if you want an inexpensive, comfortable, basic, beach side holiday then I would highly recommend this place.
