The Residence is quiet even if large. Fenced with 3 entrances accessible with the key. Linkways with lots of vegetation.
The apartment with Wi-Fi has a living room with a large sofa bed for 2 people (each mattress measures 95x195) as shown in the photo.
Mobile, TV and large fridge.
Kitchen side complete with crockery, microwave, mini-oven, nespresso machine, toaster, induction hob and washing machine.
Spacious bathroom with bathtub, equipped with hairdryer, small and large towels for guests.
Spacious bedroom with desk, mirror and wardrobe and equipped with bed linen and iron.
From the living room there is a glass door that opens onto an external part with a small table and clothesline while from the main door there is a very spacious covered porch with a large table that overlooks the quieter part of the residence in front of beautiful low palms for have good privacy and be protected from sun and wind.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of the residence just 20 meters from the swimming pool access.
There are 3 swimming pools, one of which is for children, while the 2 large ones all start at level zero up to mt. 1.40.

Outside the complex there is an exclusive car park, taxi service and a porch with a bar, bakery, pastry shop, small food, medical clinic 24h / 24h, Italian pizzeria also to take away, laundromat and in front of a small market.
At 1 km there is the largest supermarket in the country equipped with everything, even for intolerances.
A 10-minute walk away is the "Il Campanario" Shopping Center where a craft market is held once a week.
A 15 minute walk takes you to the center of Corralejo with shops, bars, pubs, Burger King, beaches, harbor and many restaurants.
From the port you can take the ferry that takes you to the island of Lanzarote in 30 minutes. Or visit the whole island of Los Lobos in half a day by buying a taxi boat ticket for around € 13.
At 2 km there is the largest and most beautiful beach of Corralejo (Grandes Playas) with its dunes.
Advice for travelers:
1) visit the island of Los Lobos with a full lunch to be booked immediately upon arrival (paella and fried fish)
2) Restaurants at the port
3) Excellent restaurant in the center of Corralejo "Casa Manolo" (also for celiacs)
4) El Cotillo, 15 minutes by car with an ancient tower, beach and excellent restaurant on the beach overlooking the sunset
6) Splendid zoo at 40 minutes by car
7) Visit to the salines that are located near a large golf course
8) Visit of the typical town of L’Oliva and .... many beaches for the whole island.
In addition to the splendid visit of Lanzarote (30 min by ferry) (I recommend a guided tour that can be purchased and booked in the dedicated shops of the center) which includes a bus visit to the Monti di lava and tastings at a local winery and a visit to the aloe laboratory.
For bicycle lovers there are many bike paths that line the island starting already from the residence.
