3 Bedroom individual villa, 115 sqm with 1 storey, maximum 6 persons, the villa tastefully decorated, consists of an entrance, separate toilet, large living/dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine), 1 double bedroom with shower and wc.

At the first floor: 1 double bedroom (140x190), 1 bedroom with small beds, shower and toilet. Air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bathtub toilet). Large terrace and garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds), private swimming pool.

The Resort is composed of 4 hamlets where you can find apartments, semi-detached houses and free standing villas with private pool located here and there in protected, mature pine forests, blending Provencal tradition with the very highest standards in comfort. You can find in each hamlet an electric gate and a shared swimming pool area with children's pool, outdoor shower, pool house, deckchairs.

A 2,000 m² spa area offers a wide selection of spa treatments (payable locally), a fabulous restaurant awaits you with lovely panoramic views on the golf course, tennis courts offer a bit of healthy competition and several swimming pools are on-hand if you fancy a refreshing swim. Alternatively, the lovely beaches in Fréjus or Sainte Maxime are less than half an hour away.
