"I have been to many countries in the world and stayed at multiple places both budget and luxury. I have never seen a place like this which charges you for everything. for the swimming pool, for the table tennis, for the pool table game . Nothing is included with the room price. NOTHING! I dont understand what does amenities mean then’? NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE"

"Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati. "

"The building is about 23 years old but seems well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be wary about the parking situation, we were not able to park in the building and the first night parked at Robinson’s Mall which was only an 8 minute walk away and the second night parked on the street. Pool was nice and had great views of Manila harbor from both the room and the rooftop pool. Room was plenty big enough for 8 people. Would stay again. "

"The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc."

"The address details very poor, my driver and me had trouble finding the place. Room ok, great view, shower pressure very bad, leakage around tap, balcony door faulty, only x 2 small old towels. "

"Room was very hot and musty when we arrived. The atmosphere of the living area was not as welcoming, furniture was just all mismatching. Contacting the host for check in instructions via the contact number provided by Expedia was a nightmare."
