"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again.
