Living Room:
The living room includes a large 45" smart tv, a couch that pulls out into a sofa bed (perfect for visitors), and a large desk for a workplace. There is storage under the couch. A monitor and laptop stand for the desk can be included upon request. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen/ Dining Area:
The kitchen is large and very spacious. It includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and stovetop. It is fully stocked with whatever is needed for cooking and hosting. The dining table fits 5 and there is bar located next to it.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a large queen bed and underneath storage. There are two large closets and a dresser. Hangers, bedding, towels and other essentials are included.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has multiple areas for storage. There is a tub and a scale is also provided.

Home Gym:
The home gym in the garage is a shared space but I rarely use the space. There is a squat rack, barbell, bench, weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, kettlebells and dumbbells.

Yard:
Right outside the unit is a very large private fenced in yard which is perfect for pets.

I can't speak enough about how conveniently this place is located! The unit is walking distance to downtown La Mesa where you'll find delicious restaurants, bars, and all types of shops. It is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood where almost all neighbors are homeowners. For additional safety the police station and fire department are less than .5 miles away. There are also all necessary grocery stores 5 minutes (or less) away: Vons (walking distance, Costco, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target, and Walmart to name a few.
