Welcome to La Mesa`s Ultimate Group Getaway! Sleeps 16 with three king bedrooms, featuring mini golf, a movie theater, game room, gym, sauna, and two hot tubs. Just minutes from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and the Zoo, with beaches about 20 minutes by car.

SLEEPING SETUP: 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 10 beds including 3 queen sleeper sofas. Three king bedrooms, and every sleeping area has its own bathroom.

Main Level: King Suite Apartment (king bedroom with queen sleeper sofa, connected private bedroom with a twin bunk bed, shared bathroom, kitchenette, and living area opening to the yard and sauna), plus a Queen Bedroom with private en suite.

Upper Level: King Bedroom with private en suite and queen sleeper sofa, plus a Bunk Suite with two queen-over-full bunks, private bathroom, and its own lounge with games.

Lower Level: King Bedroom with private en suite and queen sleeper sofa, next to the movie theater.

The king bedrooms sit on separate levels for real privacy. Comfortably sleeps 16 with no bathroom sharing between groups.

THREE PRIVATE LEVELS: Originally three separate units. Two full kitchens plus a kitchenette, two laundry areas. Three dining spaces plus outdoor dining. Two driveways with parking for 6+ cars. One group, three zones, zero stepping on each other.

ENTERTAINMENT: Private mini golf course, 2 hot tubs with bar seating, outdoor sauna, fire pit lounge, BBQ and outdoor dining, game room with pool table, arcade machines, arcade basketball and darts, shuffleboard and foosball, private movie theater with 150-inch screen, karaoke, private gym, fast Wi-Fi, and dedicated workspace.

Smoking & Drugs
Absolutely no smoking or drug use anywhere on the property.
A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if smoke odors are detected.

No Parties or Events
This is a group-friendly home, not an event venue. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests.

Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Noise monitoring is in place.

Pets
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed for $100 per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Pets must be supervised and adhere to leash laws.
No pets in the hot tub, gym and sauna.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

No Moving Furniture or Appliances
Please do not rearrange the home.

Occupancy Limits
Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits of the home.

Secure the Home
Lock all doors and windows when leaving or before checking out.

Hot Tub
No lifeguard on duty, soak at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near hot tubs. Guests under 18 require adult supervision.
Shower before use and avoid detergents on bathing suits.
No glassware near or in the hot tubs.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels respectful.
Turn off after use.

Sauna
Shower before use; do not use oils or lotions.
Supervise children at all times.

Gym / Fitness Area
Equipped with weights and a bench, plus space for stretching and yoga.
This is a converted outbuilding, not a commercial gym: control your weights, set them down gently, and never drop them.
Wipe down surfaces after use.

Mini Golf Course
Supervise children at all times.

No climbing on structures or throwing equipment.

Damage & Clean-Up Responsibility
Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets, negligence, or excessive messes.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for unsanitary conditions.

Liability Waiver
By using the hot tub and other amenities or bringing pets, guests assume all liability for any incidents.
