La Maranita Apartment

“La Maranita Apartment” is located on the beautiful beach of Monti d'à Rena, in the heart of the La Maddalena Archipelago. The house overlooks the sea and allows direct access to the large beach. The residence's land borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on clear days it is possible to see Corsica. The spacious and sunny house enjoys absolute privacy. Internally, the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It is only 8 minutes from the historic center and 10 minutes from the island of Caprera.
Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 50.00 EUR in cash on site.
Parking (unguarded) is available on the street, in the recess located at the back of the entire building.
