Welcome to our stunning Courtyard House located just a seven-minute walk from the beautiful La Jolla Shores. Our house is the perfect place to stay for families or groups of friends who want to make the most out of their time in La Jolla.

With two spacious living rooms, one kitchen and dining room, and four beautiful bedrooms, our house will provide guests with plenty of space to relax after a day spent at the beach. Our house was recently renovated, and all appliances and furnishings are brand new. We're proud to say that our guests will enjoy stunning ocean views from one of our living rooms and a bedroom. Each room has access to the courtyard, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in San Diego. The first bedroom has one king and one queen bed, the second has one queen bed, and the third has one queen bed. The fourth bedroom has one twin bed, and for added convenience, the living room features a sofa bed that accommodates two guests.

Our house is specifically designed to be comfortable no matter the season, with individual cooling/heating systems in each room for guests to set their desired temperature. For larger groups, there are plenty of free parking spaces available. Our modern bathrooms feature a sleek and stylish design, with two of the bathrooms boasting a stunning concrete look. Additionally, one of the bathrooms features a unique wooden slab design that my husband and I created as a DIY project.
