From the moment you enter through the garage, a sense of ease sets in. To the left, a laundry room provides a convenient place to rinse off and refresh after a day at the beach, and a hallway guides you to the front entry, where coastal light begins to filter in. Just off the entryway is a serene ground-floor bedroom featuring a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like ensuite. Bathed in soft natural light, this calming space is ideal for guests seeking privacy or quiet mornings away from the activity upstairs.
Ascend the stairs to the heart of the home: a stunning open-concept main level where ocean views steal the spotlight. The chef’s kitchen is a centerpiece, equipped with a large island with bar seating for seven, a gas stove, and every essential amenity for home-cooked meals or casual gatherings. We rented this property for 4 nights and had a mixed experience overall. The location is excellent — close to the water with great access to nearby attractions — and the home itself was very clean and well-maintained. The rooftop area deserves a special mention as it was absolutely spectacular and a perfect spot to relax.However, we encountered several maintenance issues during our stay. The front door did not work at check-in, so we had to use an alternate entry. The dishwasher and wine cooler were not functional, the blinds didn’t work properly, and there was no TV remote on the main floor. Although the listing mentioned four bedrooms, the setup wasn’t ideal for three couples — the third bedroom had no closet, and the fourth had a bunk bed, which seemed better suited for kids.The hosts were quite strict about check-in and check-out times, showing little flexibility initially, though they eventually allowed a late check-out, which we appreciated.Overall, I would rate this property 4 stars due to its location, cleanliness, and rooftop view. Still, given the premium rate, we expected fewer functional issues and a bit more host flexibility.
