The Space: Unit 313- Unwind in your perfect coastal retreat! Breathe easy in this unparalleled property—sunshine, shopping, alfresco dining, and beach days are all on the agenda. This inviting space is designed for comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, a desk, a flat-screen 55” Smart TV, closet space, and a ceiling fan, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for gathering, with a dining table for four, ample seating, board games for entertainment, and a flat-screen 55” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all essential appliances, a gas stove, and everything needed for a seamless stay. The renovated bathroom provides all the must-haves for convenience.
Step outside to enjoy your own exclusive outdoor patio, thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Unwind by the wood-burning fire pit, which includes seating for 5 guests, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal. For added convenience, you'll have access to laundry facilities and garage parking. Everything is crisp, clean, and ready for your stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. WiFi is provided for your comfort and convenience during your stay.

Windansea Beach, in particular, is a stretch of coastline located in La Jolla, mostly known for its famous surf spot, which was created by underwater reefs. The Surf Shack, built by returning World War II surfers in 1947 for shade and aloha, is a historical landmark. Popular activities: • Surfing: Windansea Beach is known for its surf spot. Visitors can go surfing or bodyboarding • Sunbathing and swimming: Visitors can relax on the beach and soak up the sun or take a dip in the ocean. • Scuba diving and paddle-boating: Visitors can also go scuba diving or paddle-boating. Equipment can be rented nearby. • Beach photography: Windansea Beach is a popular spot for beach photography • Watching California sunsets: Visitors can enjoy the beautiful California sunsets from Windansea Beach • Exploring rocks at low tide: Visitors can explore the rocks at low tide • Kayaking: Visitors can take a kayak tour of the La Jolla Sea Caves, which are located near Windansea Beach
Located just a few minutes from Windansea Beach is La Jolla Village, which is a popular shopping destination in La Jolla, known for its luxury boutiques, renowned restaurants, museums, aquatic attractions, and art galleries.
Getting Around: Take a short stroll to the beach or hop on a bike to explore the vibrant neighborhood and beyond! You're just moments away from fantastic shopping, dining, beaches, and endless activities. This home is ideally situated just minutes from La Jolla Village, where you’ll find boutique shops, renowned restaurants, museums, parks, and coastal attractions. Plus, you're less than 30 minutes from the airport and San Diego’s top destinations, making it the perfect home base for your stay.
Other Things to Note: • Guest ages 25+ to book. • Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. • Please note that there are 3 other units on the property that share the laundry facilities. Guests will have access only to their assigned, exclusive outdoor patio. The entire property encompassing all four units may be rented as a compound accommodating up to 16 guests. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Parking: Each unit is allocated one garage parking spot (four total for the compound), with a remote provided for access. A fee will be charged for lost remotes. Please note that only compact cars will fit in the garage and each garage fits 2 cars side by side. Garage Dimensions: Height: 6.5 ft, Width: 15 ft (7 ft per car), Depth: 16 ft. Additional street parking is available for guests with larger vehicles or extra cars. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

They’ll provide a guided walkthrough, ensuring you're familiar with the home's amenities so you can settle in effortlessly and start enjoying your vacation right away.
