The bright accommodation located due south and furnished with taste, benefits from a magnificent view of the ocean. A terrace with garden furniture and loungers allows to fully savour this maritime atmosphere. For a long weekend or a stay, holidaymakers have complete and new equipment, lift and a private parking space with automatic closure. The facilities of the residence allow PMR access to the apartment. However, the apartment has not been fitted with the necessary equipment.

The lobster fishermen's beach and its dykes are about fifteen metres away, for you to relax, swim or practice shore fishing. Children can easily access the beach club located 300m from the apartment. On either side of the beach, the coastal path allows for extended walks between the sea, dunes and windmills. Cycle paths are there to explore the island by bike. It's the best way to discover the beaches, ports and small villages of the island! The town centre of Noirmoutier en l'île, with its colourful markets, is located 5 km away, beyond the salt marshes. If you are tempted by tourist sites on the mainland, St Jean de Monts, St Gilles Croix de Vie or Nantes can be reached in less than an hour by car. After crossing the bridge or the famous Gois!
