Fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 9 people, it offers a privileged setting with a magnificent sea view and immediate access to the coastline.



Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden as well as a beautiful 40 m² terrace facing the ocean. Furnished with garden furniture, it will be the ideal place to share your meals, enjoy the fine weather or simply admire the sea view just a few metres from the house.



Inside, discover a large, welcoming and warm living space. The lounge is furnished with several small sofas and rattan armchairs as well as a stove, perfect for gathering after a day spent by the water. Extending from it, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 9 people. A large bay window opens directly onto the terrace and offers a superb view of the ocean, also bringing beautiful light to the room.



Just next door, the open-plan American kitchen with induction hob is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay.



On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 people:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): one double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 3 (ground floor): two bunk beds (90x190) and one additional single bed (90x190), ideal for children.

- Bedroom 4 (first floor): one double bed (140x190)



A bathroom with shower is available on each floor as well as a separate toilet.



Although there is no private parking space at the property, you will find free public parking just 50 m from the house.



To make your stay easier, the property also has a washing machine, an iron, a high chair and a hair dryer.
