After some fun on the lake during the day, cook and dine in the great room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate beverage bar, dining table seating 8, and kitchen counter seating 6. Afterwards, relax on the couch in front of the window wall looking out on the lake or get closer to nature on the covered porch with ceiling fans and string lights or sit around the outside fire pit only feet from the water's edge where you have excellent views of the water.

Another option is to hang out with the family in the game room, also equipped with a full kitchen, popcorn machine, big screen TV w/sound bar, ping pong table, darts, pop-a-shot and Bluetooth karaoke machine. Lastly, cap off the night with a star-gazing view from the hot tub.

The property offers ample space and options for the entire family with the layout between the Main House adjacent Guest House. The Main House features 3 master en-suite bedrooms with queen beds in addition to 2 additional bonus rooms with full beds and twin trundles. The Guest House features a master bedroom with queen bed and a bunk room with full-sized bunk bed and twin trundle perfect for the kids and kids-at-heart alike. Also supplied is a queen-sized air mattress just in-case you need it.

Outside features auto and trailer parking, outdoor shower, wood fire pit, gas fire pit, gas grills, dining tables for 18, and basketball hoop. You will love the gentle slope and paved path to the private dock. The dock has a slip available to renters, a large swim platform partially covered with outdoor bar and TV perfect for hours of laughter and fun. You will also have access to a boat ramp less than 100 yards away. Closest marinas are Powell Valley and Flat Hollow.
