"Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down."

"We had an awesome time at the treehouse. The house is within walking distance to the beach and surf, and was very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely accommodating and let us extend our stay last minute, and was always very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here! "

"Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"Our experience in this amazing house in this special place in Pavones exceeded the expectations of all 8 friends who were there. We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. We had a lot of fun and will be back soon. Thank you Billy and Naomy for welcoming us so well. We felt right at home. See you soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. "We had a great stay at this well set up condo with outdoor patio. Comfortable bed and sitting area and basic kitchen supplies but adequate. The property manager was available when needed and gave us space when not which was nice! Short walk to the beach for a dip. The owner was lovely and communicative when needed. "Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible.
