The property features 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed, plus 3.5 bathrooms for maximum comfort. A/C covers all indoor areas and the internet is fast and stable. An equipped kitchen makes home cooking easy and a washer/dryer supports longer stays.

You’ll have 2 private parking spaces, access to the beach club, and indoor/outdoor areas designed for gathering. All in a strategic location near the Marina and local services.

🌴 Tamaran Beach Club Access



✔ Free daily access for up to 8 adults

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle blends a fishing‑village vibe with a nautical spirit thanks to the Marina and its fish market. You’ll find seafood restaurants, cafés, live music, and sunset strolls on the malecón. Bucerías and Punta de Mita are a short drive for more beaches, surf and dining.



Getting Around:

Arrival is easy via Av. Brisas Vallarta. There’s private parking for 2 cars. Without a car, taxis and ride‑hailing apps work well; local buses also run to Bucerías and Punta de Mita. The beach club is about a 10‑minute walk, and the Marina is a short drive or walk depending on your destination.



Other Things to Note:

Rules: Children allowed. No parties or events. No visitors. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.



Beach club: Free access for up to 6 guests. From the 7th to 12th guest, the fee is $150 MXN per person per day.



Rooftop: Heated pool with ocean view and charcoal grill; charcoal/fire starters not included (always extinguish and clean after use).



Pools: Both are heated; temperature and schedules may vary per condo/season rules.
