"Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette propriété qui a seulement d'exceptionnel la vue et l'emplacement au calme. La maison en elle même est à l'abandon au niveau des équipements et de la décoration passée d'un autre âge.Ce n'est pas tant la décoration le plus gênant mais l'hygiène globale très insuffisante! Nous avons payé 80 euros le ménage d'arrivé qui était à peine superficiel. La maison est envahie par les fourmis...ok on est dans la nature mais a un moment il faut un vrai traitement car...

"Wonderful 3 weeks in the hills above San Tropez. Accommodations were perfect but the scenic view from the porch was unbelievable. It looked like you could reach out and touch the Med. Lots of areas to explore daily. Not our first visit to South of France but one of the best."

"Der Garten ist gross, die Lage ist super, man ist direkt am Strand und es gibt auch zwei Strandbars und einen kleinen Supermarkt in kurzer Entfernung. Mit dem Hund kann man vor 7 Uhr morgens und nach 8 Uhr abends an den Strand. Wanderwege sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus erfüllte unsere Ansprüche an Komfort und Sauberkeit."

"Reception by and communication with Marie Claire was very good. House is old and quite basic, not luxurious. But outside the living is great with the large pool and the sunbeds in the beautiful garden. Walking distance to the beach (800 meters). House could really use some renovations (and Wifi) inside but the price was allright."

Die Sanitären einrichtungen könnten eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen, wir haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt und es funktioniert auch fast alles. (Ein paar Glühbirnen mussten wir ersetzen, da kaputt). Die Küche ist modern, nur die Kaffemaschine ist so eine mit Filter, wir haben uns dann einfach eine kleine Nespressomaschine gekauft und hatten von da an guten Kaffe. "Gut eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Schöner Sitzplatz, bequemes Bett. Sanitäranlagen typisch für die Region, alles hat funktioniert. Leider kein wifi, auch der händyempfang ist dort schwach. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, ideal zum entspannen, lesen, einfach sein."
