"Unit was adequate for our stay. Neighborhood quiet. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, though, for our third adult. Check in and out easy. Kitchen well stocked. Linens well stocked. Driveway very long and narrow so a bit difficult to back up (only way to get out). Price was OK for the area."

"The place was decent for a one night stay. Check-in directions were a little confusing on how to access the unit but was able to figure it out. The place is a little noisy at night as it’s right next to a busy freeway and the bedroom was a little bright at nighttime due to lighting from a property across the street, it could use some blackout curtains. The couch and carpet were pretty dirty and in need of a serious steam cleaning. The coffee maker was a nice touch and the two tv’s were enormous."

"We enjoyed our stay in this home in Burbank. It's in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway to get to all the local attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The kitchen had basic supplies but it would be difficult to cook elaborate meals with what was provided. But who wants to cook while on vacation anyway? Sylva was very responsive and kind.
