A 25 sqm veranda extends from the living area, and you will have access to a shared covered terrace. The villa sits peacefully at the end of Impasse des Oyats, just 200 meters from La Couarde's main beach without crossing any roads.



Parking is available both at the property and on the street, with public transportation accessible nearby. Pets are not allowed and events are prohibited. Smoking is permitted on the property. Self check-in is available with a key box code provided before arrival. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.



Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee, and a deposit may be withheld if cleaning is not completed upon departure.
