Three-plus bedrooms, three-bath waterfront house. Semi-secluded cove, extra lot for family outdoor games. Hot tub with a view of the water, islands and mountains. Freshly painted, new wood floors and windows.

Tastefully decorated with local artwork. Elegant and simple. Two queen-size beds with down comforters, (also non-allergenic available) one queen-size futon, and one single bed. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Dining table seats six. Bar stools seat four. BBQ supplies provided. As of August 2025 new living-room furniture. Photos soon. Kid and pet friendly.

PETS: MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Maximum one pet - must be under 20 lbs and non-shedding. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and are $30 per night.

Vacant lot next door offers further privacy as well as extra parking. There is a vacant house on it. We are not responsible should someone enter and harm themselves.

ABSOLUTE QUIET IN HOT TUB AFTER 9:00 p.m. Noise is amplified by the water.

La Conner offers shopping, Tulip Festival in April, Art's Alive in the fall, The Farm Festival, fine restaurants and antique shopping. Nearby Anacortes offers hiking trails and kayak rentals. Great walk at Kukutali Preserve two miles from the house.

We are kid and pet friendly but we are not childproof nor pet proof. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Hot tub is not fenced. We are not responsible for accidents on the property, use at your own risk.

The adjoining lot (for your use) has an access-way to the beach that is public. Occasionally, rarely, it is used by the public.

Tippingrock is located across Skagit Bay from the Whidby Island Naval Air Station. The navy/air force practice formations during the week. Sometimes they are over La Conner, other times they are further south or north and we don't hear them. They do not fly Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. Some folks enjoy the formations, other don't like the noise. We want you to be informed as we never know when, or if, they will be flying (except NOT on weekends.)
