This charming 95 m² house with mountain views in La Bresse can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 38 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove with oven, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed with desk area and changing mat
- Bedroom 2: A double bed and a double sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings, 7 kilometres from the resort and 3 kilometres from the centre. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (4 vehicles).
