Its capacity and up to 12 people + a baby.

A large living room, with integrated and equipped kitchen open to living / dining room with a table that can accommodate 12 people + a high chair for a baby.
A veranda with indoor living room, library, and board games.

Two bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in shower, one with a real Jacuzzi tub.

A sauna and its accessories for 5/6 people

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms of 16m2 each:
- Bedroom 1, 160x200 bed, a cot and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2, a 90x190 bunk bed + 2 single 90x190 beds and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 3, 160x200 bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 4, a 90x190 bunk bed + 140x190 bed and a wardrobe.

All rooms are fitted with blackout curtains.

A large games room (adults and children) with:
- An American pool table, table football, and teen corner (TV with console + games).

2 garages: one for skiing and hiking and the other for bikes and motorbikes.

The main oil heating is included in the rental price, a pellet stove is in the main room (a bag offered on arrival for a rental week) + electricity (additional special fee) of 0.15KWh.

The tourist tax, new 2019 rate, will also have to be taken into account, depending on the rental price.

You can enjoy all the ski activities in the Lispach area (cross country and downhill) less than 5 minutes, from the shuttle stop almost in front of the house to go to the Hohneck area.
The Gérardmer ski slopes are 9 km away.

For the little ones, tobogganing activities and snow buoys at Wiidoo Gliss at 3 minutes.

Walks or hikes, electric mountain biking (rental in La Bresse center) 3 minutes away ...

Our swimming pool, bowling alley and outdoor skating rink in the center 4 minutes away.

A super U store is available 3 minutes away.
