The apartment is close to activities suitable for families, nightlife, downtown, train station 15 minutes (walk). perfect accommodation for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups.
Smoking: possibility to use the balcony (use of the ashtray required)

Apart from the agreed price, the tourist tax is 1 € / night / adult is liable for the Community of Common Massif du Sancy.

For short stays (2-6 days) with linen napkin can be offered in option for 10 € / stay / person.
For stays of at least 7 days bed linen and towels are included free of charge.
