You will stay in an authentic house equipped with a garden and a terrace, perfect for your meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. Able to accommodate up to six adults and two children, it has been entirely designed for your comfort.

Located just 1 km from the large beach, you will be able to enjoy it fully throughout your stay. The ideal opportunity for an afternoon snack break on the embankment or dinner with a view of the sea!



Upon your arrival at the house, you will discover on the ground floor two bedrooms, each equipped with a King Size bed (180x200), as well as two bathrooms for optimal comfort.



On the upper floor, you will have access to a lounge area with two sofas and a television. Just behind it are the dining room and open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it includes: oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster.

From this space, you will have access to the terrace, which leads via a staircase directly to the garden.

The third bedroom, also equipped with a King Size bed, is located on the upper floor.



One last bedroom is accessible by a steep downward staircase where you will find a trundle bed with two additional sleeping spaces for two children.



For parking, a free public car park is available near the house.

The La Baule seafront is an excellent walking and running track, with breathtaking views over the ocean. The coastal path extends the walks by passing from sheltered coves to rock-pooling areas. The beach establishments and restaurants in the town centre offer menus with iodised flavours, to be savoured over a drink with friends. To vary your pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, or taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.
