The 60 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests, with one bedroom featuring a 160 cm double bed and the other two 90 cm single beds. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for an extra charge. There are two bathrooms with showers, two toilets, a living-dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the south-facing balcony with outdoor seating and direct access to Parc des Dryades. Located on the first floor with elevator access, the building offers a secure bike room and a summer-only unheated pool.
