The house, which is newly renovated, is located in a very quiet area, just 500 meters from the beach of Illa Mateua. And 900 meters from Cala Montgó, where you will find a variety of bars and restaurants, a supermarket with bakery, water activities, and much more!
The house is distributed in two floors. The first floor has a large living room, with air conditioning, open kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the sea. Three bedrooms with a double bed and air-conditioning. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On this floor there also is a separate toilet room.
On the ground floor, there are two rooms with two single beds each, and one room with a double bed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Each bathroom has a toilet. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
Outside you can enjoy a large garden space and a large terrace with direct acces to the magnificent pool (4 meters by 8 meters), and the barbecue area, where you can make long meals outdoors with your family and friends.
A total of 12 people can be accommodated in 6 bedrooms: 4 double beds and 4 single beds.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
