Georgina: Apartment with sea view and community pool

Holiday rental apartment in the Phenicia building in L’Escala, with capacity for 6 guests. It is located on the seafront promenade, just a few steps from Riells beach. In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and shops.

The apartment has a separate kitchen and a living and dining room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends and take in the sea views.

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, access to the terrace and sea views, and the other with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with showers.

The communal area has a swimming pool, a children’s pool and a tennis court.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
