Elia: Modern house with pool 200m from the beach Montgó

Beautiful house with an unbeatable location, just 200 meters away from the Cala Montgó beach, and the Montgrí natural park. The perfect place to spend your holidays! You can enjoy the beach, the sun, spectacular scenery, bike rides, hiking, scuba diving, and much more!

The house is very modern, equipped with all the details. It is distributed in living-dining room, open kitchen(fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), a double room in suite, a double room, a bathroom with shower, and an office. Outside there is the pool, the garden, and the porch, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, and an outdoor sofa where you can relax and sunbathe.

In total 6 people can stay in the house: in 1 double bed (180 x 200cm), 1 double bed (140 x 190cm), and a sofa-bed (133 x 185cm).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
