It comprises a living/dining room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a utility room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and double vanity, and a toilet. Separately, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own shower room with walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. Amenities include an induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The enclosed garden features a wooden terrace, garden furniture, a gas barbecue, and an awning. Parking is available for one vehicle on the property, and there is a car park 50 m away. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €108 is available.
