Hello Andrea I would like to take a few minutes to respond to your review and clear the air for others that may be reading this. 1. You stated in your review that you chose the property based on the description. The property description reads as follows "Nicely remodeled cabin on private 1 acre lot surrounded by woods. Just minutes from Lanse Bay with public boat launch, snowmobile/ orv trail is at the end of the street, Casino is 10 minutes away in Baraga. Many waterfalls in the area. Mountain View’s from the driveway. Whether your going fishing, to the beach, the casino, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, hiking, or just sight seeing. There is plenty to do here." If you had read the description common sense would tell you not all the pictures were taken on the property 2. You then go on to say that the photos were all captioned as property grounds which I agree with your point and have changed the caption on those photos to avoid confusion for people in the future. 3. You then go on to complain about the garage being full of garbage. My wife and I do have a jeep parked in there. The reason we have the garage listed is so that people will help themselves to the oars for the canoe, and the corn hole boards, and charcoal, and propane, and additional trash containers so trash can be removed from the house. Again it is a garage 4. You also complain that the cleaning fee is excessive and didn't understand why. The list of things we ask people to do is mostly common courtesy to help out the folks that take care of the property. Im sure you guys did not scrub the toilet and shower, or clean the coffee maker and ice maker out, or do the laundry or make the beds, or remove the trash from the property which are some of the things that cost consist of. Futhermore nor you or anyone with you party reached out to us on the vrbo app or by phone(my number is listed in the app) to this day. I have documentation to prove it. You have only reached out to VRBO to try to get money back. If you had called me or messaged me on day 1 of your arrival and explained how this property didnt work for you all I would have gladly given you a full refund and probably let you stay a day for free so you could find something else. But you stayed for 4 days and never said a word to us and then after the fact request a refund. You all also took our pillows. There will always be scammers. Beware property owners
