"Spotless. As gorgeous as the photos! It's very beautiful here! We loved it!! As avid 'birders' (aka 'twitchers') we enjoyed the nearby Ebro Delta, and hiking on the GR92 along the coast was just out the back gate. The location is wonderful and the Beachouse is an artistic masterpiece. Sitting with the birds in the total privacy of our surroundings was extremely peaceful and connected to nature, in luxury. "Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir waren Ende Dezember da. Jedoch ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und für die Jahreszeit nicht geeignet. Wir hatten eine mobile Strom-Heizung für das riesige Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im kleinen Flur mit Heizfunktion für drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (perfekt um mit Schwiegereltern mit offener Tür zu schlafen). Das alles reicht nicht um das Gebäude warm zu halten, geschweige die Feuchtigkeit rauszubekommen und Wärme reinzubringen.Somit mussten wir den Ofen...

"There was no air-conditioning which was unbearable! the fridge freezer in the utility room did not work and we had to throw away around 100's worth of food. The property sleeps 11 yet the inside table only has 6 chairs and the outside table only has 8. again this property sleeps 11 people yet only 4 sunbeds around the pool. Why have a TV if the picture constantly pixelates - this is a basic requirement for a TV to have a stable picture when in use"
