Do not recommend this hotel!
Worst customer service we received on our entire stay in Japan, they were rude and didn't take into consideration children.
We checked in at 8pm at night with 2 children into our room with a futon and no bedding supplied for futon. After asking for the bedding they requested an additional fee of $168. We didn't agree to pay the additional fees as we had already pre-booked, paid and checked in. They asked us to leave the hotel even while we were on the phone to Expedia. My family were upset so we decided to find alternate accommodation so they could sleep.
They refused to provide us a refund for the remaining nights, even though they asked us to leave and wouldn't provide us with the bedding.
Rooms are small, would not recommend as there are much nicer places within the area.
Still trying to get a refund.
