Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to poor management and lack of communication. Just before our trip, the host sent us a last-minute link to pay taxes, but the link didn’t work. Because of this, they refused to give us the sign-in code, and we were unable to enter the property for four hours after check-in. We were left standing outside in the cold and rain, trying to resolve the issue with Expedia since the host was unhelpful and unresponsive.
The listing is also misleading. The “kitchen” is not a real kitchen—it’s just a countertop with no sink, so there’s nowhere to wash dishes. Dirty dishes simply pile up. They provided a coffee machine but only with decaf pods, and when we asked for regular coffee, they said they don’t provide any. Additionally, when we asked for nearby luggage storage, they sent us to a location 30 minutes away, even though we later found one only a five-minute walk from the property.
While the location itself was great, the management was unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. Being locked out for hours and left to figure everything out on our own made the experience extremely frustrating. I would not stay here again and would caution others to be aware of these issues before booking.
