"The description did not match what was provided. It says it has 2 bathroom but they where only half bathrooms. One had a toilet. The other one just had a sink and a hot tub. Access was also very difficult. Steps were uneven and unstable.
Rented for 2 nights but only stayed one night
Do not recommend"

"Private retreat nestled in the woods of Karuizawa! Wonderful host - very friendly and attentive. Our visit in June was right before their hydrangeas blossomed….i can imagine it would have been even more magical!"

"Very friendly staff at the hotel, they helped a lot and were very welcoming in English! They had a nice dinner and solid breakfast (with some western dishes). At the end I was positively surprised with a free transfer to the station. Definitely recommend. "
