Both upstairs and downstairs provide their own bedrooms, bathroom, and living space, making it ideal for two families or different generations to holiday together while still enjoying privacy. The open-plan lounge offers stunning views of the lake, where you can sit and watch boats launching from the nearby ramp. A well-appointed kitchen upstairs makes mealtimes easy, while downstairs includes a kitchenette for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the garden, outdoor shower, and direct access to the reserve leading to the lakefront.

The sandy beach in front of the bach is safe for swimming and perfect for children, while a small playground is just a 10-minute walk along the reserve. Guests are welcome to use the trampoline, kayaks, and aluminium dinghy, provided correctly fitted life jackets are worn. There’s also space behind the shed to store bikes, making this a great base for cycling and walking tracks nearby.

When it’s time to explore, the floating rock café and winery is just 1.5km away, Tokaanu hot pools are 10 minutes by car, and Whakapapa ski field is a 50-minute drive. Turangi is 20 minutes away for supplies, while Taupō is within an hour.
