"We had a lovely time at Höhengasthaus Kolmenhof. The location is beautiful with lots of nice hiking paths around the property. There was as indoor and an outdoor playground for the kids which were great!!! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for a family of 2 adults plus 2 small children and nicely decorated. The only down side is that the restaurant closes for 2 nights a week so one must organize an alternative on these days...

"Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Kein Personal vor Ort. Läuft alles übers Handy. Das hat aber super funktioniert. Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war durch den Teppichboden nicht sehr funktional. Man musste sich dagegen stemmen um sie öffnen zu können. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde kein Frühstück angeboten. Das ist aber kein Problem da man mitten im Ort ist und dort überall eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit angeboten wird. Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und...

Das möchte ich hier ganz besonders hervorheben, da leider immer mehr Hotels darauf verzichten.
Ich habe mich sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt.
Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht ins Grüne.
Hier kann man prima entspannen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet.

"Wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen mitten im Schwarwald. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Tolles ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen und ab 15 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen auf Wunsch möglich. Küche sehr lecker. Kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, wie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel ohne Extragebühren. Alles sehr sauber und das komplette Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Jederzeit gerne wieder."
"Hotel liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße im Glottertal, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet (modern und doch passend rustikal zum Schwarzwaldcharme), geräumig, Balkon war auch prima.
Frühstück sehr angenehm, ausreichend, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen auf Wunsch.
Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, weil wir unterwegs waren.
Umgebung toll. Man ist schnell in Freiburg, aber auch an vielen anderen Ausflugszielen. Direkt vom Hotel aus kann nan ebenfalls tolle Wanderungen...
"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10
P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"
