This 2-room apartment has been newly renovated and furnished in grand style and awaits you with a fresh and modern design with space for up to 6 people.

On your way into the apartment, you will find a spacious hallway equipped with a small wardrobe and a full-length mirror. Perfect for business travelers: There is also a workstation for mobile working & high-speed WiFi.

On the right-hand side you enter the beautiful living and dining area, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen.
The bright kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils so that you can cook for yourself and your loved ones.
The kitchen also has a coffee station with a modern Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of coffee and tea, so you can start the new day fresh.

The dining table offers enough space for 6 people, perfect for a dinner together or a games evening.

The living room invites you to relax on the spacious couch, which can be folded down into another cozy bed for 2 people if required. The Smart TV provides entertainment for you and all your loved ones after a stressful day.
Thanks to the two large windows, the room is flooded with light and offers a wonderful view of the Florenberg.

The left door in the hallway then leads you into the bedroom, which is furnished with two super comfortable queen-size double beds & two wardrobes for your belongings. From there you can also access the terrace and conservatory, where you have a nice sitting area and a BBQ-grill.

The large bathroom has a spacious rain shower that invites you to relax after a stressful day. There is also a washbasin with an illuminated mirror.

In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we naturally also provide you with shampoo and shower gel.

Are you planning a longer stay? The apartment is also perfectly equipped for this: There is a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

There are two free parking spaces in the courtyard.
